ETH premium is high again in Korean exchanges

Ethereum premium (the difference of price between KRW (South Korean Won) and USD) has been increasing for last week, and almost reached 20% yesterday, whilst ETH volume seems stable in South Korean exchanges (around 100.000 ETH daily) in the medium term.
