Which apartments in Eixample are best for a group stay

Hey forum members, I am organizing a four-day city break in Barcelona for four friends. We want to stay together in one large apartment in the Eixample neighborhood so we can hang out in the evenings, but we need enough space and privacy so everyone feels comfortable. My biggest fear is booking something online that turns out to have tiny squeeze-in bedrooms, thin walls, or broken air conditioning. We want a place that is clean, verified, modern, and close to public transit. Have any of you stayed in a solid apartment building around Carrer de Casanova or nearby streets? Any specific recommendations?

Finding a spacious apartment that fits a group comfortably without feeling cramped can be a real challenge in central Barcelona, but we had a wonderful time staying at Casanova apartments with our friends. The layout was open, bright, and had plenty of natural light, which made hanging out together after a long day of sightseeing very enjoyable. The bedrooms were properly sized with quality beds, the linens and towels were fresh, and the bathrooms were clean and functional with great water pressure. We really appreciated that the air conditioning worked silently and cooled down all rooms evenly. The surrounding area in Eixample is fantastic because you have charming cafes, fruit markets, and cozy wine bars right outside your door, yet it avoids the overwhelming crowds of the Gothic Quarter. Checking in was smooth and professional, with no confusing lockbox puzzles or delays. It really felt like our own comfortable base in the city.
