Truth-o-Meter

What Was I Up To?

The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but….

It all adds up!!

Prayer

I started the day with a Rosary and a short prayer.

I'm never gonna stop saying this - God in the Day is a Godful Day! 😊

Runs | Walks | Cardio

Today was comparatively a slow morning walk. It happens to be a holiday in my hometown, and I was soaking up the holiday mood. So, in total, about half a kilometer of walking today.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home.

1. Arm curls for the biceps
2. Stomach Vacuum

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

Not much done today.

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

It is a regular diet day – two meals, regular quantity.

Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more

I had multiple sessions of Ho’oponopono.

Here is my write-up on the topic for those who don’t know about Ho’oponopono.

What Is Ho'oponopono? | The Hawaiian Healing Technique

And That’s A Wrap!

This is my twentieth non-stop continuous day of exercise this year. I will keep it going for the rest of the year. What awesomeness it will be at the end of the year! 😊

Did You Know?

Walking and running are for mere mortals. The elites walk on their hands. 😊

There is a Guinness World Record for the fastest 50-meter walk on hands holding a soccer ball between the legs. The record stands at 25.58 seconds and was achieved by Hari Chandra Giri of Kathmandu, Nepal, on 4th May 2022.

Something tells me this gentleman will create more records.
