Sugar in your blood is DIABETIC or GLUCOTOXICITY.

Sugar in your skin is called AGING ( skin glycation i.e Acne )

Sugar in your heart is called CARDIOMYOPATHY.

How often do you check your sugar levels to avoid the effects of high sugar in your body?

To control and manage your blood sugar effectively, you have to balance your dietary changes, physical activities, and lifestyle habits to help insulin work efficiently in your body.
• Abstain From Carbonated Drinks: Skip sodas, energy drinks, sweetened teas, and fruit juices, which flood your bloodstream with fast acting sugar. For healthy suggestions go for plain water, unsweetened tea, sparkling water and etc.
• Always Check food Labels: Carefully check out for hidden sugars in sauces, salad dressings, and packaged snacks.
