RE: 🎃 Hush, Bush Baby. Don't You Cry 🎃

in Dream Steem • yesterday

This is really scary! I've heard a lot of boarding school horror stories, but this one left me speechless.
Some kindness can lead you into a curse, not every cry needs your answer, and not every stranger needs your help, especially at midnight.
That cry in the bush is not always a call for help, but a trap for the kind-hearted.

😂😂 I guess this was just a way to keep people from leaving their boarding house at night. They make it seem like you'll see hell, but in the end, the hell is always the caretaker's cane😂😂😂.

Indeed it is, and in the end, the moral is not to let strangers into your house at midnight. They could be armed robbers, thieves, or devils in disguise. The punishment just describes that, in the end, you bear the loss alone. You only get a "sorry," criticism, or more problems. People might offer help, and sometimes they worsen it rather than help. But still, it doesn't change the fact that hell was experienced when the door was opened.

Oh, that explains it.
It's actually a smart way to keep them safe.
