Vanesa has dedicated every single second of her life to art. Today, at thirty-five years old and at the absolute peak of her career, she is a renowned artist; a woman whose genius ensures that every work she creates is a resounding success.

As time went by, she felt increasingly overwhelmed by the relentless harassment of cameras and journalists. She couldn't even look out the window of her own home without the blinding glare of camera flashes striking her face. This state of constant persecution left her completely desperate.

In her desperation, she makes a drastic decision: she decides to lock herself completely inside her home. She closes the curtains, shuts the windows, and blocks every access to the outside; she does not want to see a single one of the flashes that torment her. It is in the absolute twilight of this self-imposed exile that Vanesa finds one final, three-dimensional escape route.

Day by day, she builds her own refuge; cubes upon colorful cubes rise on the canvas, designing an exit that only she knows, a threshold that will allow her to escape into freedom. Several weeks pass in this total isolation. Vanesa only maintains contact with two of her closest friends. One of them is Julián, her great love. She decides to trust him with her incredible plan, and to her surprise, he agrees to help her.

A month later, Vanesa handed the painting over to Julián to handle the marketing. On opening night, she used her escape route and stepped behind the cubes. One by one, the guests observed the canvas: some saw a monster, others an evil man, and some a beautiful woman. Nobody discovered Vanesa, who smiled happily watching their expressions. Her "3D Refuge" was a resounding success. Julián walked over and, unnoticed by anyone, blew her a kiss. She smiled, feeling very happy.

Anyone can become a hermit these days, especially if they suffer the media harassment that Valeria suffers.

Thank you for joining 📝 🎃 🦇

I’ve already scared you , that’s great! Her name is Vanesa, but DON’T be scared; I’m here to protect you. 😉

Ugh, I've already given myself away—I'm terrible with names!

It feels both heartbreaking and hopeful at the same time. I love that her freedom wasn't about running away, but about finally being seen on her own terms.

She is looking for an excellent way to escape the cameras, and her hiding place is magnificent.

I love the story and the photo; I see the woman through the cubes.
Congratulations, an excellent story

Thank you very much, @dim753
