RE: I Hate Cold Coffee

An Arabic verse often comes to mind,
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ

Every living being must taste death.

The taste of death—strange, isn't it? And yet, a delusion persists that maybe my time isn't coming...... or rather more precisely as, I don’t realize that my death is approaching. I don't know why this feeling exists, but yes, it is still there.

Coming to your question, I guess everyone who has faced the death of a loved one wishes to die before losing another. (Parents, spouse, siblings it doesn't matter.... What matters is the impact of death of a love one which left behind)
The pain of losing one's mother can never truly heal—it lingers for lifetime .... it never goes away. I can feel.

The taste of death

It is the most curious thing because it is only felt by others, not yourself. A relief to the dead, but not to the living.
