Animal Activities #95
Tobi was a little tortoise living in a calm village nestled between the green hills and running rivers. Unlike others, Tobi loved technology and had always been curious about how machines could ease their lives whenever he saw the farmer doing any work on his farm or the village kids using their computers.

Tobi one day declared to everyone that he would make a robot to assist the animals in fetching water and doing hard jobs. Everyone made fun of him.
“Look at your tiny legs, Tobi! You can barely run. How do you think you will make a robot?” taunted Kiki the monkey.
Tobi was sad but kept reminding himself about what his mother told him, “Never let the laughter of others dampen your dream. Big things require time, and patience is the key to turning a thought into reality.”

Determinedly, Tobi started his work on the project. He went on collecting all kinds of wires, old batteries, broken wheels, and metal parts from the farm's workshop. He learned about machines every day and tried new designs.
But nothing came out smooth. His first robot was stubborn and did not work. The second one moved backwards rather than forwards, and the third one made a lot of smoke since Tobi had done his wiring wrong.
Frustrated, Tobi was on the verge of giving up his dream. He observed the flying birds and the rabbits running fast but still wondering why he could not be successful.
On that day, there was an old owl by name Professor Hoot who came into his workshop.
"Why are you looking so depressed?" the owl asked.
"My creations keep failing. Maybe I am not intelligent enough to succeed," Tobi replied.
The owl smiled gently. "Failing does not mean you can't succeed; it means you are getting information about what needs to be done. Technology progresses through observation, experimentation, mistakes and more attempts."

These words made Tobi to change his perception. Rather than getting frustrated every time his robot failed, he started documenting each of his experiments in a notebook. He analyzed his mistakes, found solutions to them, and sought help from other animals. Gradually, his knowledge grew.
Weeks passed by, turning into months. While other animals used their afternoons for fun, Tobi dedicated part of his day to learning. He realized that there was no need to hurry for achieving success. It needed perseverance and discipline.
One day, when the sun rose high, Tobi connected the last wire and pressed a tiny button. The robot started moving, picked up a basket of veggies and delivered it through the workshop without any accidents.
Tobi could not believe his own eyes. His creation was working!

Animals gathered around him in astonishment. Kiki, a monkey who had been laughing at him, came to him and asked for forgiveness.
Tobi forgave him and showed the animals how his robot can assist old animals in carrying heavy stuff. Very soon, Tobi started teaching younger animals basic skills of robotics.
With the help of his invention, Tobi learned that success is not all about becoming famous or making other people realize their mistake. Success means using the gained knowledge to help everyone around you.
Starting from that day, all the animals realized one thing, being patient does not mean that you have to sit and wait for miracles to happen. Being patient means that you should work continuously and trust the process.
No matter whether you are getting educated or starting your own business or learning some particular skills or inventing new technology, it is important for you to know that real success requires patience.
Sometimes the longest way will be the way which will give you the best opportunities in the future.

Thanks for the support Sir, I really appreciate it.
Bonita historia, amigo.
