Agriculture is a practical activities that are uniquely possible carryout on any suitable available portion of land.

With such knowledge , then you get to know that any fertile valley or mountain can be suitable to carryout not just an agricultural experiments but an agricultural activities.

Here I would narrow down this very blog post write up on a basis of local experience.

Back then where , people were that reluctant over going to the mountains , such nature of mountain with no lucrative activity like mining of any kind.

Just the kind of mountain covered with grasses , some side just that reddish and with slight hard stone compacted within nature of which could not get roll or suitable for mining.

Is being well known that right during the ancient people have been making use of mountain for agricultural purpose.

For me ,such ,back then could have been as a result of lack of enough plain agricultural land. Because naturally some area in this world most especially those ancient were full of mountains and available land with a good soil structure and texture were like valley.

Here locally , we have enough land with good soil structure and texture fertile for agricultural use. So mountain have been a total waste because no body wanted to get roll down while climbing a high mountain with a purpose to carryout an agricultural activity.

Now , due to development and hardship. In terms of development is the situation in which the government surface to claim people acquired and for some inherited land portions for the sake of developmental purposes. And hardship also have deny people so many land as they sold out land for 💰 money.

So , upon that what has been an ancient practice as now become a modern practice.

"About Terracing"

Terracing is a system old enough which can be trace right from the ancient. In which locally now has been found to be a modern way for engaging mountains into an agricultural activities.

Terracing is also a man kind movement to work on ; so as to remove the scare of rolling down from mountains with a fertile soil suitable for agricultural activities.

So , now terracing has directly gives room for terracing farming.

Terracing farming are the cultivating and growing of crops within the available work on space round the 🗻 mountain.

The way perhaps those suitable mountains for agriculture are being work on to remove the scare aren't same. So , they are classified due to the way they are arranged , which can be further categorize as follows:

• Broad base terracing system
• Narrow base terracing system
• Bench system of terracing
• Contour system of terracing and the
• Parallel system for terracing

All of that which I did mention above are the diverse ways whereby the mountain is being worked on to enhance and instilled an agriculture essence in close relations to the crops cultivation , growing and yields.
