The old man should not steal. According to @ aellly he is no professional thief, just has a bad character and takes the little things... They do not say anything because he could get and heart attack...well if those paintings are finished je might too...or not. What if he starts colouring those great drawings?
Does he have kleptomania, or what is the stealing sickness called?
It's quite weird to have that character, and it's quite good that @aelley is such a nice neighbour.
