Betterlife with steem! Another day spent fulfilling responsibilities!

Today marks the passage of another day in my life,
along with many others.
However, what distinguishes us is the ability to reflect
on the day's events. It is often through this reflection that
we gain insight into our growth and recognise our mistakes.

During my train journey today, I captured a brief video from the train window.
Additionally, I purchased a small accessory for my hair,
which completed my trip. Upon reaching my destination,
I observed two police officers
engaged in a pleasant conversation.

I took a photograph of the scene,
as it taught me a valuable lesson: enjoying one's work and seeing responsibilities as fulfilling duties, not burdens, can significantly boost job satisfaction.***

It is common to critique various professions,
including law enforcement, often citing issues such as bribery or misconduct. However, we tend to overlook the positive contributions of many officers,
who engage in charitable acts, work without defined holidays, and uphold our safety in various circumstances.

In any sector, there exist both commendable and less-commendable individuals. After capturing the photograph,
I went to an older shop, where the manager had to handle barcoding at a new location.

While fulfilling my job responsibilities, I also took time to visit the salon section,
capturing images indicative of the pre-festival preparations for Durga Puja in Kolkata and across India, where individuals are busy purchasing new attire and visiting salons.

At approximately 2 PM, I arrived at the new showroom. I have recently become aware that some individuals exploit free services.

For instance, when visiting a shopping mall, customers are often asked if they require a bag. Should they opt for one,
an extra charge is incurred. Conversely, in other retail establishments where complimentary bags are provided—despite their cost—customers sometimes request multiple bags.

There are three types of bags available,
each priced between 15 and 17 rupees. If a customer receives three bags
without paying an additional fee,
one can only imagine the cumulative expense incurred by the store in providing these bags daily.

While some may argue that the cost of bags is accounted for in the overall pricing of merchandise,
it is important to note that the production cost of bags is not typically included in item prices in retail environments, which is a fundamental truth.

We all appreciate complimentary services; however, such offerings should remain within reasonable limits. This is another important lesson I have learned. As we approach Mahalaya,
I extend my best wishes to everyone for this occasion. May Maa Durga bestow her blessings and happiness upon all.
