Before I share my perspective on the topic you addressed in your post, I would like to acknowledge @steemcurator02 and the entire Steemit team for their contributions.

Having served as a community curator for over two years, I have gathered several insights that I wish to highlight through a relevant example:

Consider three individuals, designated as A, B, and C, who are friends and have all applied to be curators. A and C received nominations, while B did not. I have frequently observed a particular trend where A receives 100% of the votes and allocates 50% to C, a practice that B often emulates. When I inquired about this behavior, I received an unexpected response: “Since this individual has assisted me significantly, I always follow the same practice.”

I possess a screenshot of that conversation, but I prefer not to disclose any names. Instead, I respectfully request that the Steemit team consider including screenshots of outgoing votes in the weekly reports. This addition would enhance our understanding of which users receive seemingly arbitrary support.

Moreover, I concur with @adeljose’s assertion that many curators often neglect essential evaluation criteria. Instead, they tend to focus on reputation, frequently selecting common accounts based on visual appeal rather than the quality of the writing.

In August, when I assumed responsibility for the account of sc-07, its CSI was 17.4. By the time I transferred the account on August 29, the CSI had increased to 21.1. Each time I curated posts and comments, I ensured a thorough review was conducted prior to providing support.

I trust that the Steemit team will appreciate my perspectives.

I offer the following suggestions:

1. Monitor SteemWorld subsequent to the transfer of accounts.
2. Select top nominees based on quality. If one user has already been selected by a curator, consider choosing a different or previously overlooked user.
3. Frequently, sources producing high-quality writing are not nominated. However, when the source is appropriately credited and the writing is exceptional, such posts should be designated for recognition.
4. Being from India does not imply that I will exclusively support individuals from my country. This platform should be utilised to assist those who genuinely need support for their survival.
