Friends sometimes we feel very low in our life and some people also have some kind of wrong thoughts about themselves and they want to give it kill themself or want to harm themselves in many ways. But this is not good because we should not think about these kind of things for ourself we should love ourself and try to overcome this kind of situations cause if you are having this kind of trouble in your mind then you have to work on yourself and you should try to love yourself and try to encourage yourself.

Yes not all the time are same we all have ups and down in our life and life is like this but I think you should try to motivate yourself and love yourself because self love is very important if you hate yourself then who is gonna love you. You should love yourself and be selfish and this is the way how you will be yourself and you will work on yourself or more.

Most of us don't think about this very much and the devoted their entire life for others but at the end if you are body is not fit or your body is suffering through a lot of things then you can't do things for others because you have to take care of yourself first. Sometimes we have to be selfish because it is necessary for ourself. People think a lot about being selfish and other stuff but I think we all should selfish.

We should love ourself and encourage ourselves if you do something good in our life and achieve something you don't have to share everything on social media or with your friends or loves you can keep it yourself and encourage yourself for what you have achieved it can be anything and small goal or a big achievement it can be anything you should treat yourself well and love yourself because if you don't love yourself then you will create a kind of word in your mind and it is not good for yourself.
