sanc7: Share your thoughts about MEMORIES

I learned a lot of things when I went to the Aro Neuro Psychiatric Hospital for a field trip. The memory still looks fresh in my mind because I still remember all the good things we shared together with my friends who were present there. In fact, it made our relationship stronger and well connected, especially for those I don't normally relate with when we are studying in school. This is my first time being in Abeokuta; the city is so beautiful and well organized. Our lecturers are doing great especially our Head of Department (HOD) which make us smile and laugh through some interesting jokes he narrate with us.

Their food is very delicious, especially when I tasted yam and soup in their restaurant. The lecture we received at Neuro Psychiatric Hospital was amazing because we were all lectured by professional doctors who understood psychological aspects well because they had experience with cases of mental disorders.

We saw practical aspects of the theory we learned in the lecture room, which improved our knowledge in the field. After the lecture, they showed us around different wards where patients with various cases are admitted.

The most interesting part of this is that whenever we arrive at our hostel, everyone will go out to take pictures, go to the field to watch a football match in the stadium, and everyone will be shouting because we enjoy the game to the fullest.

At night, before we can go to sleep, we gather in one spot where some girls come to our side, and we end up gisting, laughing, playing music, and dancing along to enjoy the Afrobeat music. We see ourselves as equal without discrimination because the course we study is related to that. It's the kind of memory I can never forget because it links each and every one of us. It's a kind of exposure that promotes our friendship. Up till now, I still connect with some of them, and we are doing great.
