Steemit Community Contest: Let's Talk About Steemit!
I'm @sajid11 from Pakistan.
Hello guys, hope you all doing well,
Today i am participating in the contest "Let's Talk About Steemit: Your Opinion Matters!", i would like to special thanks @ikechukwu77 that organized this wonderful contest for us, so that's way each and every participant would be able to share their own thoughts and general ideas about steemit. i am so happy that each participant will get their general ideas and opinions about steemit.
I really appreciate the curators performances that they are appreciating quality posts, contents, diary games and meaningful comments as well. their support are motivate us and they are really doing their performances for quality contents and meaningful diary games. their encouragement will support the exisitings as well as new users as well. they also should discover talented writers and bloggers from different communities which are doing a great role for steem platform.
The curators are doing very clear and efficients role for steemit communities. they looks the posts from different angles and directions, like content quality, photography, post outcomes and meaningful comments, then they take a decisions to votes, upvotes, and other supports as well. i also like that they are looking to the posts that whether they are generated fro AI and or itself, so they are giving votes and upvotes etc, i also like the decisions of the curators that they are looking to the posts for few days and then they take a decisions to vote or upvote to quality contents. their encouragement are really meaningful for all of us.
As my opinions, the new comers are needed more encoragements, motivations and guidance from existing steemers, because they don't know about the quality contents, free AI contents, quality photos and meaningful comments as well. so that's way they will get more motivations, encouragements and guidance and they would be able to make quality contents, free AI generated posts as well as meaningful comments and they would be able to get reward from the steem curators for their motivations and becomes a successful steemians in the near future life.
In my opinion, community moderators are plays an important role in maintaining quality not quantity and encouraging participants on Steemit. Many moderators help organize contests, guide members, and maintain community rules. Their efforts can make a community more active and welcoming.
I believe moderators should also pay attention to less active members and newcomers they are trying to improve their wrirting skills and creates a meaningful contents as well as feedback, encourage meaningful discussions. A strong community is not just to maintains the quality of contents, they encouraged and helps to new or existing users and learns, improve their writing skills and grows together to pay an important role for their communitites.
I believe that quality content deserves recognition and rewards for their quality content, but i think sometimes quality posts don't able to get and receive the attention of their authors expectations. A post that may contain original photography or quality images, useful information which the steem user wrote in his own thoughts, or a meaningful personal experience and still receive only a few votes and he becomes discourages and demotivates.
I would like to see more curators discover original work from other different authors, and communities. In my opinion, originality, honesty, creativity, and genuine effort should all be considered when evaluating content. and they should need their attentions of their curators, authors or communitites, because their attentions is the major key of the success of a real and taleneted steem user.
That's all about my participation in the contest "Let's Talk About Steemit: Your Opinion Matters!" i hope you guys will appreciate me more than my expectations and support me as well.
I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @cruzamilcar63 and @suboohi to participate in the contest.
Best Regards @sajid11

Thank you so much for appreciating.
Your post is very good. You highlighted different points and appreciated the community curators for their important role in supporting the community. They check posts from every angle, including post quality and comments, before deciding to vote. You also mentioned new users, which is absolutely right, because they need guidance and are still learning many things about Steemit.
#s34 engagement
Thank you @roohiasif99 for appreciating my post. yeah it is truely right that community curators don't make a decisions in a single day, the looks the quility of contents, photography of the user and as well as engagements with other steemians and community, so i have noticed that one of my post got votes after three days when i posted my quality contents. also some steemians i see that they were a little disappionted for not getting votes and upvotes, but this is the game of patience and you will totally focus yourself on steemit, you will give much more time as well as comments and upvotes to the quality contents and build a strong profile with the passage of time.
Also new users don't know about the quality contents, votes and upvotes, so they need encouragments and guidance to understand the alogrithm of the steemit, so they will be able to make quality contents for the community and diary games and participates in the contests as well.
