Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.Food is essential for our survival, but that doesn't mean we can consume just any food. We must always be aware of healthy and fresh food.Again I have come to share my weekly food with all of you.So let's see my weekly food menu.
Watermelon,my favourite juicy fruit
Watermelon is a summer fruit in Bangladesh, but now watermelon can be found in the market all year round. When the body feels excessively tired in the heat, eating watermelon brings a cool and refreshing feeling to the body. Watermelon is my favorite fruit because it is juicy and because my body gets excessively tired in this heat, eating watermelon is very beneficial for me.
🔴Watermelon contains a lot of water, which helps keep the body hydrated and relieve dehydration on hot days.
🔴Due to its high water content, it helps eliminate waste and harmful substances from the body and reduces the risk of kidney stones.
🔴The potassium in it helps alleviate muscle fatigue and cramps after exercise or exertion.

Chicken biriyani for lunch
For lunch, the menu included chicken biryani. Everyone in my family loves to eat the dishes I prepare, so my mom helped me with everything I needed for cooking the biryani, like chicken, onions, and all the spices, by cutting and getting them ready. I just did the cooking. The chicken biryani was ready, and I chopped some cucumber, tomatoes, green chilies, onions, etc., to make a salad. Making the salad this way goes really well with the biryani.

Rice with taro leaves with shrip & fish curry
Since I am currently five months pregnant, I need to much good food with nutrients.Kochurshak contains many nutritious components; eating kochu leaves increases iron levels, boosts blood in the body, and helps clean toxic blood. Cooking shrimp with kochu is one of my favorite dishes, along with the tilapia fish stew that was prepared for lunch. Bengali people's primary food comes from rice and fish. There is an old proverb: "In fish and rice, a Bengali." Every day, we always prepare rice and various types of vegetable dishes for lunch. However, there will always be fish. For lunch, a fish curry is always cooked as the main dish.

Potato somossa afternoon snacks
In the evening, I made potato samosas for snack as outside food is not always healthy.Fried food are small foods that are usually cooked by deep-frying, shallow-frying, or pan-frying until they are golden, crispy, and delicious. These types of foods are usually served before the main course. Although the foods are fried in oil, they are equally appreciated by everyone due to their delicious taste and beautiful texture.
