For this beautiful contest, I have chosen a rice shop located in the Old Market area of Parbatipur town. The shop is situated beside the Old Market Road. It usually opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM. Previously, the shop remained open until around 10:00 PM, but nowadays, due to the electricity shortage, many shops have to close earlier. So, this shop now closes around 8:00 PM.

If you want to visit this shop, you have to come to the Old Market from Parbatipur town. After reaching the Old Market, you can ask anyone about the shop, and they will easily show you the location. The shop has different types of rice, including coarse rice and fine rice. There are also different varieties of rice available, so customers can choose according to their needs and preferences.

The prices of the rice are different depending on the type. Generally, coarse rice is cheaper, while fine rice is more expensive. I recently visited this shop to buy some rice for a ssocial event at our place. I went there with a van because I needed to carry a good amount of rice. At present, the price of rice is quite high. Some fine rice, especially the type we use for biryani, costs around 210 taka per kilogram.

The shop has a good structure and proper security arrangements. The location is also quite convenient and the overall environment is good. The shop owner keeps the different types of rice neatly arranged and provides them to customers according to their needs. I found the owner very friendly and polite. He always treats customers well and tries his best to make sure that no customer leaves the shop disappointed. He also tries to sell rice at reasonable prices.
