Today, I went to my favorite restaurant with my friend to enjoy delicious rahu grilled fish. It was the first time this winter that I enjoyed this tasty dish, and it made my day special. ¿El rahu es de río o de criadero? Porque el sabor cambia bastante y en invierno suele venir más grasoso. Acá en temporada lo que funciona es pedirlo entero y que lo abran al medio, se cocina parejo y no se seca.
