Hello Everyone!
Me again with another announcement...
Let's Go!
Static posts and photos tell a great story, but live video brings the community to life.
Whether it's a real time fine dining masterclass, a behind the scenes cooking session, a live developer stream, or an interactive community AMA, video is the ultimate medium for connection.
Today, we are beyond excited to unveil the crown jewel of our real time ecosystem : SteemLive on WorldBites!!!

💡 What Makes SteemLive Extraordinary?
SteemLive bridges the gap between traditional social blogging and interactive Web3 video streaming, giving every Steemian an instant stage 100% integrated under one roof.
🌟 Dual Broadcasting Modes
- 🔗 Paste Stream Link (Embed) : Already streaming on YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or Vimeo?
Simply paste your link and embed your stream directly into WorldBites alongside integrated Steem live chat.
- 📹 Direct Camera Stream (Webcam / Mobile) : No OBS, no external software, no hassle!
Hit "Direct Camera Stream" inside the modal, grant camera/mic permission, and broadcast directly from your browser in crystal-clear WebRTC quality!
The 1 Hour Weekly Free Quota & Our Vision to Expand It
To keep platform infrastructure fast, reliable, and completely free for users, every authenticated Steemian receives a 1 Hour (60 Minutes) Weekly Direct Camera Streaming Quota (resetting every week).
This gives every creator guaranteed time to go live, share their craft, and engage with fans for free!
🚀 How We Can Increase the Streaming Limit for EVERYONE!
Running WebRTC video media servers requires bandwidth and server resources.
Right now, we fund and maintain this infrastructure independently to empower our creators.
Here’s where the power of the Steem community comes in :
If you love what we are building on WorldBites - from Steemeet and SteemRadio to SteemLive and our GPU powered Map ,you can directly help us scale!
🤝 Support the Ecosystem: Delegate Steem Power (SP)
By delegating a portion of your idle Steem Power (SP) to our platform curation handle :
📈 Higher Upvotes : We can return stronger curation upvotes on your posts, food reviews, and stream summaries.
⚡ Increased Streaming Quota : As our delegation pool grows, we will increase the weekly direct streaming quota beyond 1 hour for all active creators on the platform!
🏗️ Infrastructure Expansion : More delegation directly funds higher WebRTC bandwidth tiers, allowing longer broadcasts, higher video quality, and multi-guest interactive stages.
Every single delegation big or small goes straight back into empowering our community members with better tools and rewards.
