I believe and agree that the basic principle that a community should be sustained by its members and not by moderators and administrators. Members should be supporting each other because they want to and not because they want something in return. The vibrancy and the energy should exist by itself naturally, organically. But, there are always individuals with an agenda to misuse or abuse the system for their own benefit which is sad. I can only hope that it is just a small percentage who are like that. Else, it will be very tiring for MODs and ADMINs.
