How should it be measured if it comes to being job? You already have a job and many of your posts are very short: a photo and a few lines.
The amount of daily votes is limited. How about rewarding those who never vote others?
I am not too sure about the "everyone has their role". The platform was build on Proof Of Brain meaning you only receive votes if you vote someone else and connect and keep your contacts close.
I like working here, but some weeks I have a lot of work, especially when my boss gives me a fairly short deadline to deliver a project, so I try to log on to Steemit as usual.
