Colourful Steem Logo Design Drawing Competition 🎨

Assalamualaikum Everyone. I hope all of you are doing well and having a great time.

I am Ghosia from Pakistan. Today, I am going to participate in the Colourful Steem Logo Design Drawing Competition Season 6 organized by @mdshanto . I am very thankful to him for organizing this amazing competition and giving us this opportunity to showcase our drawing skills.

So, for this competition, I tried to draw Steem logo creatively and in a unique way. I blended Steem logo with a hot cup of coffee. I used its wavy lines to represent steam rising up from creamy coffee and then I wrote Steemit in a stylized way on the front side of the coffee cup. I will share the whole process of my drawing step-by-step. I hope you like it.

Materials Required

1. White paper
2. Lead pencil
3. Eraser
4. Black pointer
5. Pencil colors

Step no 1
Using a lead pencil, I started by drawing the Steem logo on a white paper. First, I drew the middle long wavy line of the steem logo and then two slightly smaller wavy lines on the right & left side of it to represent the rising steam.

Step no 2
After that, I drew a swirl pattern under the steam lines to make the creamy surface of the hot coffee cup, connecting its rim to the left steam wavy line.

Step no 3
In this step, below the swirl pattern, I drew the basic outline of the coffee cup and then drew two coffee beans with leaves on its left side.

Step no 4
In this step, I drew the handle of the cup and then I wrote steemit beautifully on the front side of the cup.

Step no 5
In this step, I drew a plate under the coffee cup. With this, the whole sketch was complete.

Step no 6
Now it was time to fill colors in the sketch to make it beautiful. I started by outlining the whole sketch with different pencil colors to make every detail of it more prominent.

I outlined brown color in the right & left steam wavy lines, coffee beans and also in the creamy surface of the coffee. Then, I outlined yellow color in the coffee cup and its plate. At the end, I used black color in the beautifully written steemit and orange color in the middle one wavy line. After that, I erased the pencil marks to make it look neat and clean.

Step no 7
In this step, I filled orange color in the central steam wavy line and brown color in the creamy surface of the coffee and also in the remaining steam wavy lines.

Step no 8
In this step, I filled mixture of yellow and orange color in the body of the cup and then filled yellow color in the handle and plate of the coffee cup.

Step no 9
This was the last step. In this step, I filled brown color in the coffee beans leaving central part white and then filled light green color in the leaves. With this, my drawing of colorful steem logo was complete.

At the end, I wrote my username. Here is the final look:
