Celebrating the Woman Who Keeps Our Class Together

Some people don't just lead a class, they carry it on their shoulders. And when the day came to celebrate our class coordinator, we knew it couldn't pass quietly. Yes, I know this birthday celebration is a little late. But good things deserve to be shared, whenever they happen especially here on Steemit.

Cheers to my confident class coordinator on her birthday the look on her face said it all. She felt seen, and she felt loved. A class coordinator is the bridge between students and the school. She passes on important information, so nobody is left behind, she listens when students have challenges, helps keep the class organized and united and enncourages us when the workload feels heavy

In a field like midwifery, where we're being trained to care for others, having someone who cares for us first makes a real difference in our lives. Celebrating the people who lead us is not just about gifts. It's about saying, We notice your hard work. Leaders pour out so much that they often forget to be poured into.

This small moment taught me something simple, it taught me that kindness is a habit, and it starts with how we treat the people around us right now.
