Misunderstanding is bound to happen because we are humans.
It is how we respond to these misunderstandings that matters.
Some folks love having misunderstanding, even when there is no need for it, they create an avenue for misunderstanding.
I wonder what people see in conflict though, it hinders progress.
Misunderstanding blurs the parties involved from seeing progress.
They focus on their shortcomings and capitalize on them.
I remove myself from an environment where misunderstanding is the order of the day.
Misunderstanding is not an indication for growth, neither is it an indication for progress. It states otherwise.
When you surround yourself with people that love misunderstanding, you can either reconcile or you leave them to their activity.
Clear out all misunderstandings for your own good.
If a person intentionally creates misunderstandings, it is definitely a red flag and one that we should have less contact with and avoid altogether. I do that too. I have left chat groups because of such people. But if misunderstandings are unintentional (which happens most time too), both parties will need to have an open heart and mind to listen to each other's side of the story first.

Creating time to listen to one another will shed more light to the event, it might eventually be as a result of difference in opinion.
