Dear Steemian lovers, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well. We go to different places to eat food at different times, we get a lot of satisfaction after eating food at some places, those foods are much more delicious, we often see that those food shops go viral, when the shops go viral, many people come there from far away just to taste that food.

We see such viral food shops in different places, since these food shops went viral, they have to run the shop with a few employees, but before going viral, the owner of the shop used to run the shop alone or with one employee, after going viral, many people come to eat at that shop, employees are needed due to the high number of customers.

We have a few such viral food shops in Sirajganj, one of them is a famous and traditional food from Bhatpiari village in Chongachha union of Sadar upazila of Sirajganj district. This food is usually made in the morning. Saja Kaka of that village makes patch paratha every morning. He has been making this special sadha paratha for about 40 years. The owner of the shop is Shahjahan Ali, who is called Saja Kaka.

Because of his name, this patch paratha he makes is named Saja Kaka's Patch Paratha. This shop is located in the Beribandh area of Bhatpiari village, it is also called Panchtakuri Beribandh. This parota shop is located on the river protection dam on the banks of the Jamuna river. From this shop, you can easily walk to the river bank. Currently, there are a few employees in the shop.

The paratha is fried in a clay pot, there are two stoves for frying the paratha, since this paratha shop went viral on social media, people from far away come here for the pancha paratha, a few days ago we also went with all the teachers of our madrasa to eat the viral patch read by Saja Kaka, we liked the taste of the paratha.
