This morning woke up seeing a comment from suspicious user, showing signs of scammer. This kind of users mostly share comments with click a link request and that's a trap.
Your steemit account or your entire device (phone and laptop) can be hacked by scammers and this way you can lost access to your wallet and sensitive information that shouldn’t be shared or keep saved securely.
Ignore when things come from unknown sources, do not click on random links and do not give permission of any kind of access that you don't trust. These days scammers are more smarter than ever before.
Recently one of my friend's X account (formerly Twitter ) was copied an scammer. That friend was trustworthy so that scammer target many of us in his network and pretend like him.
👆This is how the scammer's comment looks like
I personally find that fishy so I told that scammer to text me on discord where that friend is connected with me for long time. But that scammer made excuse that he only contact using Telegram now. When I shared it with my friend he reported against him and his duplicate account now suspended in X.
That scammer offered me copy trading crypto to earn from it. Luckily I was not into the trap this time but once I lost my two years of income for being fooled by scammers. It was 2 ETH that I lost in scam attack.
It was NFT scam and I lost two Ethereum worth asset that time and that money could help covering my two years expenses. It was 2023 when I was trapped, I still regret that I trust wrong source and they grabbed all my earning of two years in less than two minutes.
So, I don't want anyone else go though the same suffering. That's why this scam alert post and reminder share to you all, once again.
Thanks For Stopping By
Love & Peace ❤️😇

Sorry about the ETH, and smart move asking to talk on Discord where your real friend is. One more quick test for links in comments like that: look up the domain on any free WHOIS site. If it was registered in the last few weeks, don't open it.
