When friend ask you to cook 🥘🍽️

I pray you all will be fine fellows.
I'm @cinderella1 and I am also very happy. I am present with a new yammi 🙂 recipe. My experience of cooking at steemit is improving but it becomes very special when any dear one's request to cook. Especially when mother and siblings. But this my family not requested to cook infect my dear class fellow my sister fazeela requested me. I called her "Fezu " with love. She is like my sister.
I went to her home. She said oh Amna l am very found that you cook something for me. So I happily said yes but I will cook simple food. She said okay but your dish should be spicy and flavorful. I agreed.l cooked potatoes and cabbage 🥬 recipe.

Let's start;

Material required

Step 01:

First of all I took a wok. I poured some gee in wok. I lit the gas stove. I took one big onion 🧅 and chopped it in thin pieces. I washed onion and put in gee. I onion was frying. I waited till onion turned light brown.

Step 02:

I took some green chilies, some clove of garlic 🧄 and a piece of ginger. I crushed it during the onion was frying.
When the onion turned light brown. I added ginger garlic paste. I fried it at low flame 🔥. I added some water.

Step 03:

When the was fry more with ginger garlic paste. I took one teaspoon of red chili, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of termeric powder in bowl. I added these all spices. I added some water again. I also used some other spices like black paper, cumins and mini sticks. Because fazu wanted a flavorful and fragrant Curry 🍛.

Step 04:

When the masla was ready. I added the cut potatoes and cabbage 🥬 in it
I left it in wok for two minutes. Then I sprinkled some drops of water in wok. I covered the wok with it's cover and turned the flame 🔥 slow. So that the potatoes and cabbage cook in low heat and do not need to use much water.
