Comedy || Things we did as kids — Gen Zs can't relate #1
Before judging me, you all should watch this video. Most millennials are guilty as charged. We'll break it down in such a way that you understand what's going on here. If you look at the video well, you'll notice a boy is highlighted and there will are captions to each scenes.

This is just the first part of the comic video. It's more of a relatable comedy video. If you did this when you were a child, don't forget to comment in the comment section.
Playing with things we're told to buy — playing with the nylon |
|---|
In Nigeria, it's common for you to purchase something and be given a polythene bag to put it. This polythene bag is the area of concentration because it becomes a toy for us especially if the distance we were sent to get this good is far. We try different formulas
- twisting the bag untill it folds completely
- swinging the bag to and fro
- throwing the goods up and catching it, if it's something throwable
The thing is, we just play with what we were told to buy after buying it. In the case of this twisting of the polythene bag's hand, I did that. I'll twist the hand until it becomes tight and then release it to swing in the air. As for the swinging of the bag to and fro, I've done that. Back then, polythene bags were strong enough compared to now.
Have you seen someone pour Garri or rice on the ground before? It's at that moment you'll remember God and all types of play will cease from your body. Do you know what it means to pour Garri on the ground in Nigeria? You can be beaten by an outsider because Garri is termed as Life Saver and you can't just waste it. You can do that with any other food.

The boy in my video pour 5 cups of Garri on the ground because of playing the with the nylon. He was flinging it to and fro until the bag burst open. You can't pack Garri that's poured like this. So he'd better start thinking of how he'll receive his punishment or look for a way to buy the Garri back. A typical Nigerian mother who hears of this will tell you that you won't eat in the house for 2 days, meaning, you're to stay hungry for 2 days since you decided to be foolish.
If you're in this situation today, what would be on your mind?😁😁 What will you do?
To those who may not understand the scenario, just picture yourself buying something you were sent and then you're playing with that thing on your way home. We millennials were guilty of doing such things
Nigerian parents back then didn't take rubbish from their children compared to the Gen Z era where most parents overlook things. Have you been sent something and you bought something else? I guess most millennials are guilty of this. And it even got to the point they were told to return that thing. 🤣🤣
That's what my next video highlights. You were told to buy a particular type of noodle and you bought another because you forgot what you were told to buy. You just assumed. On returning home, you realized it was what you were told to buy and your parents have refused to use that noodle. You're told to return it😁😁. That's where the video continues.
Anticipate the continuation and see what we Millennials passed through in our time.
