How is everyone doing? Today, I am back with another drawing to share with you all. I have drawn a picture of a beautiful girl standing with a water lily in her hand. I tried my best to style her beautifully. It feels wonderful when I can successfully bring a drawing to life. I always aim to give my drawings a realistic look. Creating a beautiful drawing takes time, but I am willing to put in the effort to ensure the image turns out well. So, without further ado, let me talk about the drawing itself.

Materials needed for the drawing:

• White art paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Colors
• Marker pen

Step-by-step drawing process:

Step 1:

First, I drew the girl's face. I sketched her eyes, nose, lips, and hair, along with a orna (scarf) draped over her head. I also added a tikli (forehead ornament) and earrings.

Step 2:

Next, I drew her neck, the saree she is wearing, and one of her arms. I sketched the fingers and fingernails, and added a lotus flower in her hand. I also filled in more details of her hair and the scarf.

Step 3:

Now, I colored the girl's hair using black watercolor. I tried to color the hair neatly and beautifully.

Step 4:

Then, I detailed her eyebrows, pupils, and eyes. I aimed for a realistic look, so I left two small white spots inside the pupils to create a lifelike effect.

Step 5:

Finally, I colored the lotus flower in her hand using a pink pen. I tried to color each petal carefully, painting half of the petal and leaving the other half blank.

Step 6:

Next, I colored the girl's saree. I used yellow for the border and pink for the inner part of the saree.

Step 7:

Then, I colored the girl's headscarf (dupatta), forehead ornament (tikli), necklace, and earrings yellow. I also colored her lips red and painted her fingernails pink.

Step 8:

At this stage, I colored the girl's entire body—face, hands, and neck—in a skin tone to create a realistic complexion.

Step 9:

Once the coloring was complete, I outlined the entire image with a marker pen. Outlining makes a drawing look much more beautiful and distinct; similarly, this image became even more attractive after the outline was added.

Step 10:

Finally, after outlining, I wrote my username next to the image, bringing the drawing process to a close.

When creating a drawing, one often has to wait a long time to see the final result. Personally, I always look forward to the conclusion—seeing just how beautiful or perfect the finished piece turns out to be.
