Beautiful Belihuloya - Making Memories with Friends

It was a beautiful afternoon for misty mountains in Belihuloya. We, my friends from university decided to spend some relaxing time in Hirikatuoya, a small water stream flows through Nonperial state. It was just 5 minutes drive for us from the University of Sabaragamuwa and we also took some snacks and few beer cans.

There are number of bathing points in Hirikatuoya, which is famous among local tourists and I'm proud to say I have enjoyed each one of them. This time we selected a location, to the up of the stream which is less crowded and we can get the isolation we needed.

The area was little bit dark looking as the massive tress did not allowed the sun light reach the ground, which added a different vibe to the area. I really liked it as it gave me a very relaxing vibe.

Water was very cold like ice. Even I felt littlest uncomfortable at the start, I started to enjoy it. The water was cristal clear as glass and we could see the stones at the bottom clearly. It was a wonderful evening. I thought of sharing some of the images I took while visiting the place. Sri Lanka is blessed with thousands of locations like this.
