Es muy agradable caminar por la orilla del mar y observar cómo rompen las olas. Siento la arena suave bajo mis pies, escucho el ritmo apacible del agua y veo la luz del sol danzar sobre la superficie del mar.

Cada ola parece traer consigo una nueva sensación de paz y asombro. A veces, las olas avanzan con energía y, otras veces, retroceden silenciosamente hacia el océano, como si respiraran al unísono con la orilla.

Me gusta cómo la brisa acaricia mi rostro y trae consigo el aroma fresco y salino del mar. Me hace sentir libre, en calma y lleno de vida al mismo tiempo. Mientras camino, observo las conchas marinas, las pequeñas piedras y las huellas que quedan marcadas en la arena.
