Deep Fried Snacks - 📣 ✨ THE BEST FOOD POST ✨ 📣WEEK #191

in Italy2 days ago
Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Welcome to my food post for this week. This week's theme deep fried snacks. More or less we are familiar with these deep fried snacks. I love them when it comes to taste but my too sensitive stomach doesn't allow me to have them. Recently I had crave for Mughlai paratha so I bought one and replaced it with my dinner menu.

Sometimes I skip eating rice for dinner and try to replace rice with something delicious. Mughlai paratha belongs to our tradition and the recipe of it very simple. Once I tried it at home and it was a success. You need to process dough to a flat bread, mix well the egg, onion, salt and green pepper and spread it on the flat bread and fold it before a deep fry, simple and easy.

I prefer buying it pre-made, as deep frying a single Mughlai paratha at home would require an excessive amount of oil and professional hand can make it perfect when homemade could miss some ingredients. Here I've added lobster snacks, onion snacks and chicken kebabs as deep fried street food, and these all are newly captured photos. Have a look on my recent food photographs,

These snacks can be tastier with tomato, tamarind, sour and tangy chili sauces. I like them without a sauce too but I had some with sauce too. This kind of deep fried snacks can be occasional food fun not healthy as regular food. Street food snacks are often unhealthy due to the frequent reuse of cooking oil.

That's all for this week's food fun, aim to come back next week with another food fun story. By the way, only Mughlai paratha was my food and the other deep fried snacks were just for sharing as photo and I didn't buy them as my health is my priority and concern too. I can't mess with my digest system which is too sensitive. My crave for junk foods never gets out of control so I try to taste them in a moderation.

Eat fresh and healthy to maintain a sound body and mind. Foods are not only for filling our hunger and crave but also connected to our emotions but having control over emotions is necessary too. Take care and enjoy your good foods in everyday life!

Me llamó la atención el color dorado del Mughlai paratha, parece un look de otoño listo para combinar con una chaqueta de pana. ¿Le agregas alguna salsa de tamarindo para darle ese toque ácido de contraste, como un accesorio inesperado?

that tangy tamarind sauce was added for few bites of it not for the whole paratha, glad that my food photographs caught your eyes. thanks for stopping by! Have a nice day!
