The staggered harvest timing in the same area creates this beautiful patchwork of gold and green fields that almost looks intentional. I've noticed this pattern with other crops too, like how some farmers plant early-season potatoes while others wait for mid-season varieties, extending the harvest window and reducing risk. How do local farmers here decide which rice varieties to plant each season—do they base it on predicted weather conditions or market demand?
