Why have Finnish Heritage Agency downsized a real person? Rewriting History

I’ve seen this woman before in other images circulating online. Multiple images as well. But she looked a little different.

Why has this photograph required editing before being shown? Why are her hands all blurry when nothing else on the image is? How edited is this photograph?

Oh yes of coarse I remember now, this woman is probably over 9 foot tall. But not on the edited image above? Weird? Why have Finnish Heritage Agency downsized a real person? How many other archives and images are being treated this way? This is not restoring history it is actually rewriting history.
Finnish Heritage Agency along with all of academia and probably most archive gatekeepers (that hate you looking at archives) you are all a disgrace.
