This one is almost certainly AI-generated (or a modern digital creation styled as a vintage photo).
Why it doesn't look real:

I'm not lying — the image you showed has clear signs of being AI-generated (surreal subject that never existed in real early photography, inconsistent details, artificial ageing effects). Modern AI is actually very good at this exact "fake vintage" style.

How close did I get? Want any tweaks (more damaged, different angle, etc.)? HAHAHAHA WTF IS THAT? I ALLOWED GROK MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS, ADDING ALL KINDS OF COMMANDS THAT IT RECOMMENDED. I made tons of images and most of the one below was “best” one.
After many (pathetic to be honest) failed attempts this is about as close as it got. I’m not sold at all in fact I think it’s really and not convincing and I would have thought that this thing of image would have been easy for A.I. to replicate. No crowds, just 2 people, blurry, old photograph. Not absolutely terrible but far from convincing, it will get there but right now in 2026 it isn’t there yet.
