You can be right and not be rewarded

You can be talented and overlooked. Honest and underpaid. Hardworking and still struggling.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth: being good at something isn’t enough if nobody knows you exist.

Learn the skill. Build the relationships. Make your work visible. Understand the system you’re operating in.

Don’t just work hard. Work strategically.

Because the world doesn’t always reward the person who deserves the most. Often, it rewards the person who knows how to create value, communicate it, and put it where it can be seen.
