It sounds as though Lionsgate was paid to make this film. I can’t imagine there being any other reason to produce something this bad. If bribery isn’t involved, then the director must be particularly bad – and who knows, perhaps he or his family paid Lionsgate. They can clearly afford a flop; otherwise, they wouldn’t have gone ahead with it, would they? I’ve seen the intro clip for the film and can’t say I’m impressed. And that’s despite it being the official trailer, which usually strings together all the exciting bits to make it look as if it’s something fantastic.
In any case, I’ve had a good laugh at your comments and, of course, the final conclusion. I think I’ll give it a miss after all, because I don’t really feel like wasting my time on a few minutes of decent footwork before things start getting weird and all sorts of thoughts about the illogicalities and plot holes in the story start running through my head.
