Yesterday I went for a long walk again, I tried to find mushrooms once more, but this time I tried to pick something else. 😋👌☕
I was try find more Kaseriisikas (Lactarius torminosus)
But in the process, I also found a couple of beautiful boletes they are hard to find here, they don't really like growing in this area.
These are good mushrooms, so I boiled them thoroughly, sprinkled them with salt, and now they are perfect for sandwiches.
The days here are still rainy and muddy, so more of those mushrooms keep appearing, in forest are especially plenty of chanterelles. I have enough of them in the freezer that I want other mushrooms now. 🤭🤭👌☕
The simplest and best mushroom salad for sandwiches is made by chopping boiled mushrooms and a large fresh onion... Chop the onion very finely, then putting them both into a bowl.
