Finally I found some mushrooms what name is Kuuseriisikas (Lactarius deterrimus) ... which are always hard to get here because they worm away too quickly under the bushes... As I have seen last years too , the base of the bush was full of these mushrooms, but when I started picking them, out of 20 mushrooms, I could only get 5 at a time, because the rest had simply wormed.

But I got a little bit to make three perfect light sandwiches, I fried this mushroom in garlic butter with salt and pepper, first fry the water out of the mushroom, then add butter, garlic, salt and pepper, nothing more is needed. 😇😊😊👌👌👌🍄🍳☕

But I still get the biggest mushroom harvest with chanterelles, they are in forest lot right now because the very rainy summer makes them grow extremely lot under every bush . This is already the sixth bucket I have harvested in 4 weeks .

But I also took pictures of other mushrooms, those mushrooms that are in a pile on the ground, I don't know what they're called, so I just took pictures and left them there. The golden rule is, if you don't know, don't bring them home. 🤭🤭👌👌👌🤔
