It seems mushrooms love Curitiba.

This year, my vacation coincided with the rainy season in Curitiba. Since I travel alone, I usually take the opportunity to do a lot of walking and explore nearby parks. I enjoy strolling along the paths at a leisurely pace—without a specific destination in mind—simply observing what I come across along the way. At this time of year, the vegetation changes significantly, revealing small details that go unnoticed during the dry months.

Mushrooms always catch my eye. I can’t see one without stopping for a few minutes to take a photo. I would try to head out again after every rainfall, knowing that the chances of finding different specimens increased. Some grew on decaying logs, others amidst the leaf litter, and some appeared all on their own.
