I found this interesting and looked it up even further.
The tsunami caused damage throughout the area. It's a shame that we lose part of our historic sites to mother nature
thanks for reading and liked my post @wolfhart. indeed the impact of the tsunami eliminates many traces of Aceh history, most ancient cities are close to the beach.
