Free Will and the Gift of Human Incarnation

In the first chapter of the Hebrew Bible, it says that “God created man in His image.” In Hebrew, this is written as tzelem Elohim, and some rabbinical interpretations hold that humans can function as icons that draw God’s presence into the world—similar to the murtis in Hinduism.
