Having personally experienced the hardships of living without electricity, overflowing drains, and unpaved roads during my younger years, I am able to identify the city's core problems more clearly than the average citizen. The idea of ​​addressing the root cause—recognizing that merely cleaning drains temporarily is futile without completely replacing the old piping—is a well-considered one; after all, road durability cannot be ensured unless the drainage system is sound. In my view, while it might not be feasible to complete the long-term task of replacing pipelines within just one week of assuming office, the project could at least be initiated by repairing necessary equipment and utilizing the pipes currently stored at the 'Hydrolago' facility.
