How to write a good dairy game post on steemit

Hi guys trust you are great, with regards to the last steemit update, I want to also share my idea of how a good dairy game should be, what it should include.

From my view point, dairy game post is all about your daily activities for the day and it should be genuine and not fake. It should be one of the post that doesn't have plagiarism or AI generated images, it should be live pictures of you from your daily activities for that day. It can also include your experiences or places you visited, new things learned, challenges faced and how you would have overcome it, your feelings for the day and probably your reflection.

Dairy game doesn't need to be boring, it should be capturing and someone should be able to learn from your mistakes or also learn something beautiful from you. Even a simple stay at home day should be very interesting for you to write about if you pay attention to the days details.

So with this in mind I have the following suggestions or guidelines regarding dairy game.

• Choose the right topic

Your topic should be capturing and motivated for someone to stop by and read your post, it should be very clear, concise and attractive to your audience. Now after choosing your topic, your post should also reflect your topic as well.

• Introduction

Your introduction should also be interesting so as to draw people's attention to the body of your post, you should not have one format of writing your dairy game introduction, it should differs just as your activities differs each day.

So instead of always starting with the same introduction as;

Greetings Steemians, welcome to my Diary post, Today I will be sharing how I spent my day... I woke up early did this did that...

How about you try to start with what really happens during the day that caught your attention, it could be a challenge, a lesson learned, a surprise moment or something beautiful. It should be something that will arouse the interest of your audience to continue reading your post.

For example; Have you ever feel intimated when you stepped out to achieve your goals? I had the experience today and I was really tense, I almost failed as I was overwhelmed with fear but something happened that turn things around, follow along as I tell you how it all started....

At this point, my readers are already curious and wants to know more or how it happened, What was my goal? How did I intend to achieve it, what was the fear? How did I overcome the fear? With all this curiosity questions in mind, they have a reason to continue reading so as to find out.

• Start telling your day from the moment you woke up.

Days activities start from the moment you woke up, share your morning routine, it should have some similarities someone should learn from your routine. Then do not list out this activities, you can simply use phrases like "morning chores" rather than listing what you did in the morning before going out.

Make the post capturing to your reader, remember the person is curious to know something from your post, so have your audience in mind while writing dairy game post.

• Highlights of the day

We understand you have different activities for each day, but the main highlight of each day makes a different. Remember, this part will give your reader something to follow and continue reading. At this point avoid listing what you were doing throughout the day, tell the memories that made this day unique and what happened.

• Share your feelings and thoughts

At this point, share how you felt about the experience, your reader should be able to connect with you emotionally at this point and already feel like commenting or already know what to comment to motivate or encourage you.

• Use your real pictures

Avoid plagiarism of any kind, use your real pictures of the day to write your story, this pictures also connect with your readers, convincing them that your story is genuine.

• Use headings to make your post stay organized and captivating, it helps your reader follow along easily.

• Add lessons

Always include what you learn in your days activities, it also helps you stay focused and pay attention to what's going on in your day. It also helps your reader to learn something from you, he or she may also want to drop a comment of more lessons learned from your day, so always be intentional

• End your story in a natural tone

Do not force your dairy game activity, do not force your introduction, do not force your end of the story. Let it end naturally, it should be brief and also not boring. So after sharing your activities for the day the lesson learnt you can also use this to draw your conclusion.

For example; On getting home, I was already exhausted due to the rough day, but I'm very much grateful that I finally achieved my goals.

By choice you can also make it more interactive by dropping a question at the end of your post. Something like if you were me what would you have done in this situation? or what do you think I would have done better to avoid this situation? or anything just a question that matches your story.

• Be selective

So many things do happen in the day but we need to be selective in order to capture the interest of our reader. So pick that interesting memories of your day and write about it. You can also include the meals that you ate, the people you talk to, but all these things should be selective so as not to make it too lengthy for your reader to read through it.

Make it very very interesting for your reader to be able to read it and have something to comment.
