Happiness is a choice. Life is not perfect no matter how much we think about it. Bad things would happen, we would make mistakes but we have to find reason to be happy, no one else can do that for us.
You are right, it is a choice. However, finding reason to be happy can be a trap. We should be happy for no reason.
