Day 7 Melbourne Australia - Day off
After working the last 6 days i can finally have a day off to recharge my batteries, this does mean a day of lying around on the couch but just an opportunity not to have get up at 4.40am to go to work.
I did actually wake at 4.30am but got back to sleep until 6am, then o got up and had a couple cups of Coffee to start my day off.
Then it was time to go for an early morning walkies which was around 9.5 kilometers, its a cloudy day here but no rain so perfect for walking.
After i had been going 10 minutes i saw something on the pavement ahead and noted someone had dropped a watch, no strap just the watch and after giving it a good winding it started.
So i put it in my pocket and carried on, according to some websites its worth around $200 so i will see if it keeps time and if it does it will be coming back to NZ with me.
I already wear a Fitbit so not sure what will happen to it in the long run.

After my walk i decided to do my Laundry in the washing machine in my apartment and its all done.
After the Laundry, i decided to go for another walk and including a walk just now to the Supermarket i have done 23 kilometers which is 8 above what i try and do daily.
I always go for a 20 minute walk after dinner so i expect to hit 25K today.

Speaking of Dinner while at the Supermarket i grabbed some items to have, got some more Eggs and some Ham & Turkey for an omelet plus a can of baked beans.
Got me some more Coconut water and this one is a 2 litre bottle - YUM!

So apart from the above that has been my day off here in Melbourne Australia, i hope your day has gone as well as mine has.
Thanks for reading my post:)

Even though I failed to wake up early, I appreciate you waking up at 4:40 AM. I like waking up early in the morning, but it's been very difficult for me lately. Anyway, after working six days a week, you spent the day very busy, even though you got one day off.
I am very impressed that you walked 9.5 kilometers. I can't help but admire it. Hearing about your walk reminded me of my school days, when I used to walk 3.5 kilometers to school at 6 in the morning. I was in better health at that time. I think you're probably still very strong and healthy because of your routine.
The street is very charming. I would love to walk on such a street in the afternoon, at any time of the day. Street photography has touched my heart. Is barley cultivated along the roadside? That's exactly what I think.
I'm surprised again that you covered the 23 kilometers to the supermarket. It is undoubtedly praiseworthy. The latest healthy coconut water bottle looks very unique. We sell coconut water directly from the tree, so bottled coconut water is practically non-existent here.
May your healthy days return again and again.
