Riding in the Rain 🚵⛈️☔
This morning we have rain in my local area which did not stop me from Riding my Mountain bike, it was still reasonably warm but the rain was constant.
With the rain making certain parts of my 52 kilometer circuit greasy & slippery i could not go as fast as i have been lately, i still did a reasonably time of 2hrs 39 minutes which i am happy about.
It was actually a nice ride with the rain coming down but it was a messy ride with more mud and dirt landing on me :)
My day started at 5.30am today with a 5 kilometer walk with my weighted vest on, this afternoon with the rain stopping has meant i have been for another 5 kilometer walk completed.
With my exercise done for the day i can now just relax and watch some TV and take it easy.
This has been my Saturday here in New Zealand :)

52 kilómetros con lluvia y encima los 5 de la caminata con chaleco lastrado, no sé de dónde sacás las piernas. En casa los chicos se quejan por mucho menos, así que cuando se pone complicado les cuento que hay gente que arranca a las 5.30 sin drama.
