Thank you to all 18 teams who took the time to apply to become Community Curators for August.
August continues with the @booming accounts being added to the Community Curator program.
This will give a total of 11 Community Curation accounts with 13M SP between them.

Then would the other members of each team add their acceptance to their respective starter comment along with their contact details (Discord / Telegram).
We will then be in touch to provide the keys for the accounts.
Curation Guidelines
The App teams will be voting on posts connected with their respective apps.
The Newcomers team will be voting on posts from newcomers during their first three months on the platform. The team members should also give helpful advice and guidance to the newcomers through comments or other means.
The other teams are free to vote on any posts.
The only restrictions are that posts should not be plagiarized or AI generated, and images should be copyright free. Votes should not be given to people who are powering down.
We also strongly encourage teams to look beyond communities. There are many good posts that are outside of any communities - just directly on people’s personal blogs.
Teams should seek out good posts everywhere - both within communities, and outside of communities.
Voting on comments should also be continued.
Good comments can be as interesting and as valuable as good posts.
We want good comments that add value to a post to be encouraged and rewarded.
The @steemcurator accounts should only be used for voting and commenting. They should not be used for downvoting or making posts.
A comment should be left on each post voted to let the author know the post has been supported by the curation team - and please include which member of the team selected the post.
How the Curation Teams will be rewarded
Every day the teams will be allowed to allocate one full vote to a team member’s post - ideally in rotation.
Additionally each week one member should post a report for the team in the Steem POD community with a list of their top 7 posts, with a brief note of why each post was chosen.
These weekly report posts should set beneficiaries to be shared with other members of the team.
The posts will be voted by @steemcurator01.
We strongly encourage teams to ensure all members review and agree on the merits of the selected posts of the week as poor choices may influence the reward given to the weekly report by @steemcurator01.
Selecting Posts from other Community Curators
There have recently been a number of comments that Community Curators are too often selecting the posts of other Community Curators for their weekly winners.
We strongly encourage Curators to look beyond the posts of other Community Curators for their weekly ‘top 7’ selected posts.
To help with the monitoring of this we would like Community Curators to include in their weekly posts a report of how many of the seven selected posts are from other Community Curators.
This reporting may have an impact on the vote percentage given by sc01 for the weekly post.
August continues with the extended Community Curation program with eleven accounts and a total of 13M SP available to the curators.
With the return of a specific Newcomers curation account, and the growing number of app curation accounts, August will be another interesting and exciting month for community curation.

I understand thanks for noticing. Last week I faced a lot of power shortage in my town, due to this our gadgets weren't fully charged. That's why I missed the curation through my account. I'll be very careful for the next. Thanks

Hopefully, good content will be supported across platforms from now on.
Another thing I noticed is that two members of a team have zero voting CSI.
My question is, if they are interested in serving as curators, why are they failing to upvote across the platform themselves?@pea07 is so stingy that he hasn't given a single upvote in the last seven days. Maybe it's been months but I only have seven days of proof.
On the other hand, @uzma4882 has given three upvotes in the last week. Two of which were voted on today.
They are constantly turning the platform into a joke. I would be happy again if a team is selected to take action against these inactive users later. Grateful to you.
There will be some additional rules for Community Curators next month (September).
There are also likely to be significant changes for the Steemit Challenge coming shortly.
It would be commendable if the platform noticed new and unique changes. I love change and strict discipline.
