Never Enough

It's now becoming normal that I seat down quietly to think about random topics in relation to life.
Can you think back at when you were younger, say like 10years plus? There were desires and needs you had back then right? At some point you felt like if Daddy or mum can just buy me this toy, or take me to see Santa or for shopping that will be my happiest moment. At that point that was all you wanted, it was your biggest aspirations.
What happened after that desire was fulfilled? Another desire or need came up and the circle continues until you grew older. Right now as an adult, last year there were certain things you wanted to do, in your mind "if I can get this project started that's all I want" I will be satisfied. But you find out that the satisfaction you got after accomplishing that project didn't last long, another need came up.
That's life, it feels as if nothing is ever going to be enough! The food you have in your house will not last forever, you need to restock. You need to keep working to earn more money. The more money you have the more the bills and responsibilities. Therefore the circle continues.

It's really never enough this why the rich keep working to remain rich while the poor also works to get rich. Well over here in my country we no longer have the middle class in practicality. You are either rich or you are poor. Do you know what it means to live below the country's minimum wage? The minimum wage is 70,000 naira which is $52 . Just imagine how a parent will be earning $52 a month and take care of his bills then now imagine those living below this $52, this is real poverty.
Anyways Never Enough might mean several things to several people but in this context it simply shows that needs are insatiable hence we keep working every day even at the expense of our health, happiness and family.
Have you ever been enough for your friends or loved ones? Have you ever caught yourself in a situation where you are working so hard to be there for them, to love them, to provide or to support them yet it seems like your efforts are not seen? Or you feel like you are not appreciated? Oh yes ! There are people you can never be enough for no matter how hard you try, no matter how hard you work, to matter how much you care or love them. It's like the grave, it never gets enough.
Slow down, love yourself more, you can't fix everyone and everything! There are some things that you should leave behind to focus on what is in front of you.
Keep moving, don't stop believing and working on yourself, they will surely catch up with you.
