@steemblog, I suggest the selected curators should not select a post for 01 vote from their own country. They can vote all users including from their own country though. That will make the selection process even more transparent. As far as your rule about selection of other curators or their mention in weekly reports, it doesn't seem to be working so far.

The mechanics of that might be difficult if you have three curators in a team from three different countries - especially if they are from the most popular countries.
